While our company generally stays out of politics, we stand fully behind the United States Constitution and the individual rights of the people. Due to current states passing laws or attempting to pass laws which violate the rights to; Firearm Ownership, Freedoms of Expression, Right to be protected from Unlawful Searches and Seizures, the right to Privacy, etc.
SOFTWARE/HARDWARE CONTROL "GOVERNMENT PERMITTED ACCESS"/"AGE VERIFICATION/ATTESTATION" LAWS
The following states are banned from using our software or services; California, Colorado, New York, and Ohio. While we acknowledge that Ohio has pulled their law, they still proposed it and for us, that is enough to identify a tyrannical state.
While this will have a significant impact to our bottom line, Our company would rather take the hit than do business with states that refuse to protect the rights of their citizens. We apologize to any of our customers who are going to be effected by this change.

UPDATES : "GOVERNMENT PERMITTED ACCESS"/"AGE VERIFICATION/ATTESTATION"
As of April 2026, several laws have been proposed, for example H.R.8250 "PARENTS DECIDE ACT" which will mandate, at the US Federal level ALL operating systems including all our software.
OUR POSITION
As our company generally advocates following constitutional and/or reasonable laws. After an in-depth discussion, we have come to the conclusion that these laws are a direct violation of the US Constitution. Any "Law maker" that signs one is, in our opinion, an enemy of the state, these laws are not and will not be followed. We realize that this is a very hard stance, but a line in the sand must be drawn. We also will not be providing services to any US agency, Law Enforcement agency, and/or business that supports or defends these laws. We will be establishing a website on the dark web that provides work-arounds to these invasive, evil, vile software and probing/ publishing the personal data of these individuals that is compromised by these laws' implimentations.
